A 13-year-old boy, at the center of a legal clash between his parents over the Covid vaccine, was vaccinated by decision of the Florence court. “It is the first time that the Florentine forum has ruled on the matter and it is the first time in Italy that the decision does not concern a ‘major minor'”. This was announced by the president of the Tuscan Association of Marriage Lawyers Gianni Baldini, who added: “It should be noted that the thirteen year old was vaccinated also because the judge asked to show a medical certificate at the hearing in which the pediatrician excludes possible contraindications to vaccination.
