The Democratic League Central Committee’s key inspection and survey in 2024 on improving the modern trade circulation system has shed light on the importance of enhancing efficiency and innovation in the commercial logistics sector. Led by Ding Zhongli and Wang Guangqian, the research team delved into various aspects of the circulation system, from the express delivery industry in Shanghai to the agricultural products trading company in Zhejiang.
Recommendations were made to issue policy documents to promote the construction of an efficient and smooth commercial logistics system, empower the entire commercial circulation system with new productivity through digital technologies, and ensure the security of people’s livelihood by optimizing supply chain collaboration. The research team emphasized the need for top-level design and strategic planning to drive the high-quality development of the commercial circulation system.
As China strives for a more integrated and efficient trade circulation system, the findings of this key inspection and survey will serve as a foundation for further policy solutions and reforms to boost the economy and enhance the market interface of domestic and international trade cycles.
