On Tuesday 14 May Simone Inzaghi will be awarded in Piacenza, his city, as the first coach from Piacenza to win the Serie A football championship.
“An achievement that has made the city proud, regardless of everyone’s football faith – underlines the mayor Katia Tarasconi – and which we think is important to celebrate all together as it deserves, to pay homage to a champion of our home”.
The meeting, open to the public, will be an opportunity to retrace the stages of the Inter coach’s professional career, but also the passion and talent which, since he was a child, on the pitches of San Nicolò and Piacenza, foreshadowed a path full of successes and satisfactions.
