A prosecutor assigned to the Public Administration Unit of the Huila Section managed to get a circuit judge to impose this sentence on her. for events that occurred on January 24, 2015 when he summoned a citizen for, according to him, carrying a false license plate and in exchange for not immobilizing her vehicle, he demanded the sum of $50,000.
It all happened in the morning on a public street in the city, when the victim was parked in front of an establishment. The agent told her that the license plate was not the correct one, to which the affected woman explained that it was being processed since it had been stolen. his motorcycle days ago, and when he recovered it he did not have the identification.
But the official ignored him and told him that he had to give him the money; Since the victim did not have it complete, she withheld the vehicle papers from her, summoning her 20 minutes later in the Quirinal neighborhood.

The victim asked Gaula officials for help to intervene in this situation, but the defendant did not appear at the scene. Later, and with the help of an acquaintance from the Transit Secretariat, they contacted the agent who returned the papers.
This behavior was duly reported and investigated, resulting in this conviction in the first instance, for which an arrest warrant was issued against him.It should be noted that the Attorney General’s Office has two more proceedings against the former agent for the same crime, one of them pending to be resolved by the Superior Court of Neiva, upon appeal by the prosecuting entity.
