VILLESSE. A 36-year-old Romanian citizen, who must serve 3 years and 6 months in prison for crimes against property, was arrested by the Gorizia Police while trying to leave the national territory.
The man was traveling on board a vehicle with a Romanian license plate, together with five compatriots, along the A34 motorway section towards the Italian-Slovenian border.
Stopped by the staff of the Gorizia Terrestrial Border Police, near the Villesse motorway exit, it emerged during the identification procedures that the man was the recipient of a prison order issued by the Public Prosecutor of the Court of Turin. The 36-year-old was taken to the Udine Prison, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
