One of the last obligations linked to the pandemic emergency will fall. From Wednesday, in fact, it will no longer be necessary to present the Green Pass to fly to Europe. In fact, the ordinance of the Ministry of Health that last April 28 had extended the obligation of green certification for entry into Italy, both for tourists and for the Italians themselves, expires. The pass could be obtained by vaccination, healing or a negative swab.

This is one of the latest limitations related to Covid, after the farewell to the Green Pass practically everywhere since last May 1st. On the same date, the compilation of the Passenger Locator Form, the form used by the health authorities for travel, was also eliminated. The certification remains mandatory, at least until 31 December, for medical staff and the health sector, for which the obligation to vaccinate is subject to suspension from work and salary.
JUNE 15
Italy should officially say goodbye to masks even in those indoor places where they have remained mandatory, such as cinemas, theaters, means of transport, except for a possible extension of the measure. The masks will continue to be in school for the whole school year including the eighth grade and high school exams even if the request has been received from many parts to exempt students who take the exam from the obligation.
