In a shocking turn of events, Chong-Yun Mounce, a 38-year-old man, was apprehended by police in Selma San Antonio, Texas, after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman on the East Side. The arrest comes after a harrowing ordeal for the victim, who met Mounce on the dating app Tinder under false pretenses.
According to police investigations, Mounce posed as someone else on the dating app and initiated a relationship with the unsuspecting woman. He then lured her to a motel on East Houston Street, where he asked her to be blindfolded and tied up during their encounter.
