The Feltre traffic police denounced a Chinese citizen intercepted in Fener: car seized and maxi fine
GREAT DAN OF PIAVE. The Chinese driver who the Feltre traffic police discovered driving while intoxicated, with another driver’s license and with a minor child without a child seat, was full of complaints and reports. The story took place on Feltrina, in Fener, where the Feltre traffic police patrol, engaged in a normal check, ordered a halt to a car which, however, took a long time to stop, ending the march only about fifty meters further on. The agents, suspicious of the lack of attention shown by the driver, decided to see clearly, identifying the driver, a 29-year-old Chinese citizen already known to the police, his wife and two minor children.
The agents realized that one of the two children was traveling without the compulsory child seat and therefore decided to make a report. But while contesting the infringement, the policemen noticed that the driver was showing signs of the alteration from alcohol and decided to subject him to a breathalyser. Result: the man was positive for alcohol, with a confirmed value of 1.15 g / l.
The agents then proceeded to trigger the complaint for the crime of driving under the influence, which in this case provides for the arrest of up to six months and a fine of up to 3,200 euros, as well as the suspension of the driving license up to one year.
But the surprises were not over: once the license was withdrawn, the agents realized that there were differences between the document they were holding and the known originals. After a more thorough check, it was understood why: the license given to the patrol was that of another person.
The man, already with specific precedents of this type, was then again sanctioned for driving without a license with an administrative fine of 5,100 euros, while the license was seized and the man reported to the judicial authority, as well as for driving under the influence of alcohol, even for documentary falsification.
