According to police, the Mercedes driver was seriously injured. The Toyota driver was slightly injured. The emergency services took both of them to clinics. While the accident was being recorded, the police closed the road between Dettingen and Ofterdingen in both directions until the evening hours. The route was reopened around 9 p.m.
The fire department was on site with six vehicles and the rescue service with four vehicles. The road maintenance department came to clean the road. The police estimate the damage to the Mercedes at around 5,000 euros and the damage to the Toyota at around 20,000 euros.
