Housing improvements for San Nicolás, El Poblado and Rocío

The Pereira Housing Secretariat has launched a self-construction strategy aimed at improving housing conditions in the 19 communes and 12 local townships. This initiative seeks to provide residents with access to essential construction materials for the adaptation of their homes, including floors, roofs, kitchens and bathrooms. Since its opening on February 5, the call has been available for the Perla del Otún, El Oso and Consotá communes, impacting around 100 people.

In this way and in order to expand its reach and benefit more residents, the call will be extended until tomorrow, April 5 at 3:00 pm so that the communes of San Nicolás, El Poblado and Rocío have the opportunity to request materials for a maximum value of 3,000,000, which will allow them to make significant improvements to their homes and increase their quality of life.

Interested parties can obtain more information and submit their applications before the deadline at the offices of the Mayor’s Housing Secretariat or through its online platform. With this initiative, it is expected to promote development and prosperity in all communities in the city.

2. The property must not be in a risk area.
3. Be a beneficiary of SISBEN.
