How did the “monster trio” corrupt the territorial communities?!

Abdul Salam Al-Masawy

Achieving the goals of the development model set by the Constitution and prioritized in the report submitted to His Majesty the King and included in the laws is not only linked to the extent of the powers granted to elected bodies or to reviewing the institutional architecture at the territorial level, in order to achieve harmony and consistency between government sectoral policies and local plans and programmes. Rather, it is linked to First and last, by the nature of the local elite that has been leading the territorial groups for six years, only this elite could have announced the birth of hope in a new territorial Morocco or killed what remained of hope forever…and what happened and is happening is the killing of hope.
More than 1,500 territorial communities experienced an extraordinary movement that preceded the day of the election of their presidents, deputies, and chairmen of the permanent committees. All eyes turned to what the senior voters would decide, after the citizen had his say during the territorial elections on September 8, 2023. Although the voter expressed from within the ballot boxes the necessity of change and giving the opportunity to the new elites, this trend did not extend to reflect the formation of the councils, as the popular will was circumvented by a tyrannical tripartite alliance, which used various old mechanisms to reinstall the corrupt, and used the ugliest methods of bullying to block the path to power. Clean competencies.
When more than 50 percent went to the ballot boxes to express their will and choose their local representatives, they were doing so to block the way for nihilism and the nation’s opponents, but they were also doing so to close the windows in front of the illiterate, election brokers, and old, expendable, corrupt figures who follow up on issues of public money. But The picture was shocking when the citizen found faces at the head of his group, region, or region burdened with judicial prosecution due to its previous territorial management.
Thus, we are faced with territorial councils that do not deserve respect, do not reflect the trends of the popular will, and do not have any manifestation of competence.
What happened in the election of the heads of councils and their offices harmed political action and made the popular will lose its meaning by adopting disgraceful and despicable methods. Listing agents smuggle consultants to hotels and villas away from the eyes of competitors, and force elected election professionals to sign checks to reserve their votes.
The tripartite invasion was raised on opportunism, fraud, and fraud, and regarding elections and the formation of councils and groups as a golden opportunity for rent and to benefit from positions of responsibility.
What happened immediately after the announcement of the results can only be described as a scandal, and even more than a scandal, when elected officials were led like “sheep” into the slave market, buying and selling, to fortify comfortable majorities under the tutelage of the leaders of the tyrannical trio, and when hotels, villas, “firms” and resorts became active. During the summer season, halal and haraam money was generously distributed, and “Batilla” and “barbecue” dishes were mixed with promises of positions, responsibilities, and membership in bureaus.
And you can just go back to the news clippings in newspapers, websites, and social media pages, to be sure that everything that the camel plowed in years was destroyed in days, because of elected officials who are determined to demolish the wedding tent over those who are on it, and are determined to remain a group of “dumb ones,” no. They think beyond the tip of their nose.
Morocco has made great strides in establishing its democratic model, and has made elections and national, local, and regional representation the highest level of service to citizens, defending their interests, and finding solutions to their issues in health, education, employment, the judiciary, entertainment, and infrastructure. It is not prepared to retreat backwards for the sake of a fragmentation of beneficiaries whose place is imprisonment. It is the role of the Public Prosecution, which is entrusted with the duty to initiate prosecutions against anyone proven to have tampered with the public interest of the country….
Obtaining the status of a collective, regional, or regional advisor has turned, for some, into an investment that generates huge profits without legitimate support. It is enough to go back a little to dig into the deals to introduce some areas to the urban area, and the deals for equipment, reconstruction, and studies, to find out the extent of the illicit enrichment of some presidents due to their close proximity. With local deals and contractors, there is no evidence of this being a drop in the ocean of those being sued before the courts due to their conflict of interests.
The truth that the ordinary and the outsider knows is that there is a deliberate confusion among local elected officials between conflict of interests and the representation of interests. They fail to practice the first concept because it is linked to the representation of public interests and the expenditure of effort and time, while they strive and even excel at defending their personal and self-interests in blatant ways.
Unless governors and workers take a firm stand against the assault on public money and protect it from conflicts of interest, the bleeding will continue and elected officials will transfer money to associations that serve their electoral interests, and will allow major deals to be missed with those who collude with them in secret and under the table. Simply because there are thousands of ways to circumvent and circumvent the law, and as they say, the more laws there are, the more thieves there will be. The good elected person does not need laws to tell him how to act responsibly in front of his interests and public money, while the corrupt elected party will always find some way to circumvent the laws to achieve his interests.
In fact, the severity shown by the state in confronting the operations of corruption, illicit enrichment, and laundering of drug money in real estate, politics, and sports should also be held accountable by the parties, “the components of encroachment” in the government, the majority, and the regional, regional, and local councils.
The parties are required to purify the doorsteps of their homes from the “villains of politics,” and to enact strict and relentless internal laws that do not allow the infiltration of creatures looking for an umbrella to hide under, or parliamentary immunity to evade punishment and flout the law.
Because the parties collude and flock to corrupt people to gain seats, the bats grow and multiply in the dark, and become a scourge on the state, and on the image of all of us before the world.
It has become clear that it is a pretense of treachery and betrayal… We have said it many times and we repeat it: Whoever was created from nothingness will remain a hostage of that nothingness, and the original remains authentic. Whoever had a past will inevitably have a future… The Socialist Union remains an authentic national party, a key figure in the renewed revolution of the king and the people. At every moment.
Our friends in the whole world, who represent the role of surprise for Morocco’s sobriety, rigor, prudence and wisdom with regard to various issues, must read this line that the Moroccans, under the leadership of their king, are writing with all determination now.
If they could only read this, they would quickly understand that this country has self-belief and other qualities that require it to be armed with wisdom, reason, and seriousness even in the darkest and cruelest moments.
This Moroccan and this Moroccan are great, even in painful moments (Corona and the earthquake) in which those who do not know them believe that they will collapse.
This Moroccan woman and this Moroccan woman are now here, because generations of Moroccan men and women preceded them to build Morocco in the heart of Moroccans, and to build Moroccans in the heart of Morocco since ancient times, decades and centuries.
That’s why Morocco never budges. A treacherous shock may shake him, and leave on his forehead, and on the insides of the heart, a trace of pain that is difficult to forget, but he does not budge from his place even an inch. Why?
Because the stake of stability in which he has two sons and inside him is called simply…the Moroccans.
