Indoors are equipped with electrical control systems, water softening devices, water pumps, pools, air compressors and other equipment and facilities.
There is a catenary directly above the outdoor equipment, and the Fuxing can be cleaned with electricity, just as safe as running in the rain.Compared with the traditional automatic car washing method, the driver does not need to change the bow halfway, which greatly improves the efficiency of car washing.
The driver drove the Fuxing line to wait outside the car wash site according to the designated route. After joint control with the operator of the automatic washing machine, the driver passed the equipment at a speed of 3 to 5 kilometers per hour, and went through the washing, brushing, and drying links.It takes about 5 minutes for a row of 8-car Fuxing to complete the automatic cleaning of the entire car’s exterior.
It is understood that the water used to bathe Fuxing needs to be softened and a special cleaning agent is used to reduce damage to the exterior of the EMU.
In addition, the water after flushing the Fuxing is recovered by the pool at the bottom of the car washing equipment. After special treatment such as filtration, it is recycled with clean demineralized water at a ratio of 4:1.
It is worth mentioning that the front of the Fuxing car and other parts need to be manually cleaned twice for deep brushing.
