The elderly of Burolo are finally back to party. Mayor Franco Cominetto says it with great satisfaction. For nearly two years, the country’s elders were gone due to the restrictions of the pandemic. The local group had had to suspend activities, meetings, lunches. On Sunday 10 October, thanks also to the greater openings on the events and the good results of the vaccination campaign, the traditional lunch of the elderly Burolese was held, with great joy and excellent participation. «Remembering the past – says Cominetto – to live the present and face the future! After the forced stop of two years, the differently young people of Burolo met for the traditional lunch. After the mass, remembering those who are no longer among us, we continued with lunch, always excellent thanks to the Pro loco, organizer of the event.
