CHIVASSO
Great satisfaction for the organizers of the Telethon Spring Walk 2021 in Chivasso, to raise funds for Telethon scientific research on genetic diseases.
Last Sunday two hundred participants took part in the Walk, starting from Piazza della Repubblica, where the Vespa club set up a huge inflatable arch, at the starting line. The route was 6.5 kilometers long and touched the Mauriziano park, the Bricel park and the bank on the Po, with the final landing at Canale Cavour. The event was promoted by the Uildm Section (Italian Union for the fight against muscular dystrophy) Paolo Otelli di Chivasso and the Telethon Foundation, with the patronage of the Municipality and the collaboration of Fand To4 Chivasso, Amici dei Sentieri di Brozolo and Cai Chivasso, National Bersaglieri Association and the Italian Red Cross of Chivasso, Coutenza Canale Cavour, which hosted and supervised the guided tours.
The mayor Claudio Castello, the deputy mayor Tiziana Siragusa, the municipal councilors Domenico Scarano, Giovanni Scinica and Cristina Peroglio and the regional councilor Gian Luca Gavazza also participated in the walk. –
