Innovative processes for individual performance in the PA

by admin

The Formez volume has been published Innovative processes for individual performance in the PAwhich reports the experience of experimentation conducted on personnel management models for the enhancement of individual performance.

The publication proposes a practical and action-oriented approach to improve the management of human capital in the PA, with a particular focus on performance evaluation and the implementation of targeted behavioral interventions. The final objective is to promote an organizational culture based on continuous learning and constant improvement, in order to maximize the contribution of staff to the mission and objectives of the PA. Employee involvement is therefore the underlying theme of the publication, which promotes a sense of awareness towards the proposed changes, strengthening participation and internal integration in a logic of collaboration, sharing and joint management of issues of common interest. As stated in the preface to the volume edited by the President of Formez Giovanni Anastasi: “This is an important topic because it demonstrates how value is generated from the correlation between staff participation, structuring of skills, initiatives to support the corporate climate and behaviour, giving rise to better individual and organizational performance”.
