Piedad Córdoba affirms that the Pacific Energy Distribution company, Dispac, must be
administered by the department, reactivate the Chocó lottery, the liquor store, the IPS Afro,
aqueduct and sewage projects, forgiveness of water bonds, the generation of impact bonds, the transfer of assets by the SAE, ending hunger and child malnutrition, Afro women and industrial tourism, housing, protective environments, creating metropolitan areas, paving of tertiary roads, fund to generate employment, solar communal roofs and solar highways, collection of municipal capital gains, mass transportation system, access to land, health infrastructure, food security and nutrition.
