Due to the strong impact, one of the two cars overturned
Friday around 13 in Via Burolo in Ivrea at the height of the Alba Cosmetics company there was a collision between two cars. A 53-year-old LC was leaving work and turning his Renault Twingo into via Burolo in the direction of Ivrea while a Fiat Panda was arriving driven by a 23-year-old SB that proceeded in the direction of Burolo.
The impact between the two vehicles was so violent that the Panda overturned. Both drivers were transported to the Ivrea hospital following their injuries but are not life threatening.
On site a team of Santhià firefighters, ambulances and two patrols of the Municipal Police of Ivrea coordinated by commander Paolo Molinario. The road was temporarily closed to traffic to allow vehicles to be cleared and the carriageway to be cleaned. The dynamics are being examined by the Municipal Police. Attention is always paid to the excessive speed of the vehicles traveling on that stretch of road.
