In a virtual hearing held yesterday, the Municipal Promiscuous Judge of Villavieja made the decision to impose a security measure in prison on the swimmer Wilber Honorio Muñoz Burbano, popularly known as ‘Super H’. This determination was the result of the request presented by the Prosecutor’s Office, which accused the athlete of multiple crimes related to sexual abuse.

Among the charges filed are those of violent carnal access, violent sexual act, carnal access or sexual act in a person rendered incapable of resisting, sexual harassment, and commercial sexual exploitation of a person under 18 years of age. These allegations arose after an exhaustive investigation carried out by the Criminal Investigation Section (Sijin) of the Neiva Metropolitan Police.

The court hearing, which lasted approximately five hours, revealed details about the accusations against the swimmer and Physical Education graduate. He is accused of having allegedly abused two minors, which has generated deep consternation in public opinion and the Huilense’s followers.

The capture of ‘Super H’ was carried out last Saturday by the authorities, who acted in response to the complaints and evidence collected during the investigation. The security measure imposed by the Prosecutor’s Office seeks to guarantee the judicial process and ensure the appearance of the accused before justice.
