The man captured in flagrante delicto was identified as Haver Orlando Rojas Guzmán after, apparently, he had stolen a motorcycle in a central area of Yopal.
The timely notification to the police led to the immediate initiation of a padlock operation that made it possible to locate and capture the alleged perpetrator and recover the motorcycle, which was stolen on diagonal 47 with Carrera 13 when the victim was fixing the chain.
A prosecutor attached to the Prosecutor’s Support Structure accused him of being responsible for the crime of qualified and aggravated theft, which was raided.
At the request of the prosecutor, a judge ordered Rojas Guzmán to be sent to prison.
