(breaking latest news) – Turin, Sept. 22 – The Turin Court of Assizes of Appeal acquitted the 50-year-old Silvia Rossetto, on trial for the murder of her partner, Giuseppe Marcon, which took place on 2 September 2018 in Nichelino, in the Turin area, recognizing self-defense. The episode took place during a quarrel at home, with the 50-year-old stabbing her partner in the back, mortally wounding him. In the first instance, Rossetto was acquitted “because the fact did not constitute a crime”, after the prosecutor had asked for a sentence of 9 years and 6 months.
