The launch of American aerospace company Boeing’s Starliner space capsule was postponed early Tuesday morning less than two hours before the scheduled launch. A technical problem was the basis for that decision.

The Starliner would take two American astronauts from Cape Canaveral, Florida, to the International Space Station. They were already ready in the capsule.

However, an anomaly was discovered in the valve of the Atlas V rocket – which would launch the capsule into orbit around Earth. The manufacturer of the launch vehicle, the ULA group, announced this. The Starliner may be launched this week, but an exact date is not yet known.
