The seventh season of La Voz Kids is already underway. Andrés Cepeda, Greeicy Rendón and Aleks Syntek have already chosen their first protégés and everything seems to be going smoothly when it comes to ratings on Colombian television, since they lead with 11.02 audience points according to the report from Thursday, January 12.
A highlight of the Caracol Televisión program are the new features and the returns. In addition to the addition of the Valle del Cauca singer and the Mexican to the jury, the return of Laura Tobón as presenter was received positively, especially because she will fulfill her role in the galas and not in the backstage, as happened during her time between 2018 and 2021. .
Exactly in 2021 she left the program because she was expecting her son Lucca and decided to prioritize her motherhood. But, although she finally made her return in 2024, the woman from Bogotá had doubts about whether it was the right decision for her.

Although she did not deny that she was happy to share with the boys and girls who participated in La Voz Kids again, Tobón was not sure if they would call her again, nor if she would be willing to accept the challenge once again:

Tobón confessed that when she received the call to join the seventh season of La Voz Kids, she couldn’t have felt more excited to return. “I jumped like crazy and said ‘My God, my program’ (…) I am very grateful to be back, I can’t imagine doing another program, I like having a direct connection with people. Now that I am a mother of such a small baby, I feel that I have connected more with the program and with the participants,” she remarked.
On the other hand, the presenter acknowledged that when she sees the contestants, it is inevitable for her to see Lucca reflected in them. “I only imagine my son in the situation that children are in. “That the children talk to me, that they tell me their stories, that I can listen to them sing… I can only imagine my son in that position and he is going to be even more sentimental now that I am the mother of such a small baby.”
