A 4-year-old Indian girl fell from the balcony of her house, on the third floor of a condominium in Macerata: she was rescued by an air ambulance and transported in very serious conditions to the hospital in Torrette di Ancona. The 118 staff, who intervened on the spot together with the firefighters, also helped the child’s mother, also of Indian origin, who had a wound in her wrists; now the woman is hospitalized in Macerata hospital.
A few passers-by gave the alarm, after noticing the little girl lying on the sidewalk. At the moment, it is not clear whether it was a misfortune or a desperate gesture of the woman, who was at home with her husband: the matter, which took place in the afternoon, around 17, is being investigated by the Macerata prosecutor’s office, which has entrusted the carabinieri and police have the task of hearing some witnesses and the woman’s relatives.
