The carnival party in Middle Franconia continues today with lots of fun, törö and fanfare. The Schopflocher Druden, who want to drive away the winter in Dinkelsbühl, will start today at 10.45 a.m. In Ansbach there will be the “Crazy Devotional” in the Gumbertus Church at 2 p.m. Afterwards, all fools meet for the traditional carnival parade at Martin-Luther-Platz. The percussion group “Marching drums” from the Ansbach drum school and stilt runners will also be there. The children’s carnival in the Onoldiasaal will take place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. A carnival parade is also underway in Muhr am See. Starts at 4:16 p.m. at the lake center. And Spalt celebrates its Saumarkt with a big traditional parade from 6 p.m.
