“Satisfaction” following the “positive and constructive” meetings today in Cortina d’Ampezzo with the representatives of the IOC was expressed by the CEO of the Milano Cortina 2026 Infrastructure Company, Fabio Saldini and by the president of Simico Veronica Vecchi. The main focus of the meetings was on the progress of the interventions for Cortina envisaged in the Olympic Works Plan.
President Vecchi spoke in front of the IOC delegation, reassuring about the new governance of the Company “made up of people with a strong technical profile, an element that will allow us to give a further acceleration to the projects”.
“The Board of Directors – Vecchi also explained – has decided to focus heavily on BIM technologies to ensure rapid acceleration and compliance with the commitments made, always with a strong focus on issues relating to sustainability”.
“We work tirelessly to respect the timetable and achieve the objectives of the Olympic Plan within the expected timescales” underlined Saldini and Vecchi.
