“Miniatures of reality”, a photobook with the slides of Chiqui Velázquez (1954-2021), was presented to the public, at an event, held this Saturday at Casiopea Libros, Pedro Getto 205, Tomás Romero Pereira corner, in the city of Fernando of the Moorish The material, rescued by his son Amadeo Velázquez, includes about ten photographic essays.
After Chiqui’s death, encouraged by colleagues and friends like Luis Vera, with whom he digitized the slides taken in the ’80s and ’90s during photojournalistic coverage in Paraguay, this tribute began to take shape.
