More solar, less asphalt: these are the cities that make the green revolution

If the states have not succeeded – with a bearish agreement at COP26 – can cities be the ones to lead the necessary change against overheating? Alone, the Municipalities can do little in the enormous battle to decarbonise, but together they are triggering a great revolution from below: even in Italy more and more realities – from transport to land consumption – are trying to reverse the course, that of a world where today cities are the places responsible for 70% of emissions.
