Deeds, documents and forms relating to the expropriation procedures of public works managed by the school building service and support for technical structures in public works and expropriations and those relating to interventions pursuant to title viii l.219/81 (expropriation decrees-release of compensation – relegations)”.
List of documents, to be produced by the applicant, to obtain the release of the expropriation/occupation compensation deposited in the DD.PP fund:
1. request request on the appropriate form;
2. expropriation decree;
3. twenty-year historical cadastral certificate, until the expropriation decree has been registered, issued by the technical revenue office;
4. twenty-year mortgage certificate, until the expropriation decree has been registered by the land registry office;
5. final judgment (in the event of a dispute arising)
6. amnesty building permit with related graphics (in the case of forgiven illegal properties).
Note: the deeds referred to in points “3”, “4” and “6” can be replaced by a specific notarial certification certifying ownership, legitimacy and freedom from encumbrances.
