Establishment of the additional list of people eligible for the office of polling station scrutineer
The Mayor announces, for the purposes of establishing the additional list of people eligible for the Office of Election Scrutineer, which will be valid for all electoral and referendum consultations in 2024, all citizens resident in the Municipality of Naples who are in possession of the following requirements:
1. registration on the electoral lists of the Municipality of Naples;
2. qualification not lower than the lower secondary education diploma.
Are excluded:
1. those who turned 70 years of age on 9 June;
2. employees of the Ministries of the Interior, of Posts and Telecommunications and of Transport;
3. members of the Armed Forces in service;
4. provincial doctors, health officials and medical officers;
5. municipal secretaries and municipal employees assigned or assigned to serve at municipal electoral offices;
6. the candidates in the elections for which voting is taking place.
Voters who wish to be included in the additional list of people eligible for the Office of Polling Scrutineer can submit an application from 1pm on Monday 6 May until 12pm on Monday 27 May 2024 via a specific platform accessible at following link: https://sostituzionescrutatoriseggio.comune.napoli.itsubject to possession of SPID, CIE or CNS credentials.
Alternatively, and exclusively for those who are unable to access the online procedure, it will be possible to forward the application via e-mail, to the address [email protected], using the appropriate application form, published and downloadable from the website of the Municipality of Naples and to which a copy of your identification document must be attached.
