Without the basic Green Pass, which is the one you get even with just the swab, you can only enter food stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets, pharmacies and parapharmacies. Freedom also to go shopping in the local markets or to buy clothing and so on in the markets and street vendors’ stalls. But shoe and clothing stores, even if for children, will remain off limits without a certificate.

Newspapers can be bought in kiosks without having to undergo a test first, without which, however, you cannot set foot inside the kiosks indoors. The No Vax will be able to go to the petrol station and for cigarettes, the doors of the tobacconists are barred, only the corners in the large distribution markets remain. Quite rare indeed. Those who have a medical emergency, for example an illness or an abscess of a tooth, will obviously be able to present themselves without a basic Green Pass both in the hospital and in a medical or dental clinic. But for a normal check-up or a scheduled assessment, the certificate issued at least with the swab alone continues to serve, because the principle of caution remains the same: you do not enter places where you can infect other patients who are fragile or sanitary in themselves, more than never essential during a medical emergency like this.

As regards the justice chapter, courtrooms remain closed for lawyers, magistrates and administrative staff or No Vax chancellery. But not for the witnesses and the injured parties in the trial. Without the basic Green Pass, you can also go and expose a report in police stations or carabinieri stations. From 1 February the basic certificate will instead be necessary in all other commercial establishments not included in the dpcm, in public offices, in postal services and to enter the bank. From January 20, the last decree, from which the dpcm is being approved, then established that the Green Pass issued to vaccinated and “towel-dried” people will also be essential to go and get their hair done by barbers and hairdressers or their nails from the beautician.

In the end, therefore, the lockdown of the unvaccinated will be harder than expected, despite the pressure exerted to the last by the Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti, who wanted to include all the ateco codes (which encode the activities economic) already used during the first lockdown, which left free access to many other commercial establishments, such as electronics and telephone stores.

But the requests have not found support in the blue ally of the Carroccio, with Brunetta lined up on the line of prudence.
