The accident at the height of Castagnole, the woman driving died at the Treviso hospital. Illness is not excluded
COUNTRY. Death along the Feltrina at 5.30 pm on Wednesday afternoon, near the hamlet of Castagole. A 73-year-old woman, Gabriella Cont, a member of the Fnp Cisl secretariat of Treviso-Belluno, went off the road independently while she was driving her car.
Strong impact, the car ended up with its nose in the waterless channel that runs along the road and despite the fact that the airbag exploded, the elderly driver was seriously injured.
Suem 118 was on the spot. She was immediately transported to the Treviso hospital, where she died shortly after.
The police are reconstructing the dynamics of the accident. Illness is not excluded.
