“I learn from the press agencies that the Genoa public prosecutor would have entered in the register of suspects and at the same time requested the filing for the judges Creazzo, Turco and Nastasi denounced by the undersigned for violation of Article 68 of the Constitution, of Law 140/2003 and of the pursuant to article 323 of the criminal code. I congratulate the prosecutor of Genoa who in just over a week found the time to read the ninety pages of the complaint and gave a timely response as always should be done in front of citizens’ requests ». Senator Matteo Renzi declares it in a note. «It also happened to me to be registered in the register of suspects, in Florence, and then archived, but after a good 17 months. If Genoa takes only 10 days it means that it has an extraordinary efficiency which I can only rejoice in giving many compliments.
