Starting today and until June 1, the Arabia – Yarumal road will be closed while the paving works of this corridor, which has significant tourist potential, are carried out.
Due to these works, changes will be established in the route and schedules of the mixed public transport routes that arrive and leave the area.
From the Central Western Metropolitan Area (AMCO), headed by its director, Claudia Patricia Cárdenas, they stated that “the Arabia – Yarumal road will be closed due to the paving carried out by the government of the department of Risaralda, between the township of Arabia and the via Armenia in the Manzano sector. With the objective of guaranteeing coverage of the public mixed automotive land transportation service to the Yarumal and Gran Vía sectors, during the aforementioned time and jointly with the representatives of the communities and the Florida and Arabia transportation companies, it was determined the following route and schedules.”
The route will be as follows: Pereira, Ciudad Victoria, Calle 18, Transportation Terminal, via Armenia, Grandstands, Guacarí, golf course, Santa Cruz de Barbas, Yarumal, the great road and vice versa.
The routes will operate at the following times: Monday to Saturday from Yarumal: 5:30, 7:30 am, 1:30 and 5:30 pm From Pereira: 12:00 m 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm Sundays from Yarumal : 7:00, 9:30 am, 1:30 and 5:30 pm From Pereira: 8:00 am, 12:00 noon, 4:30 and 6:30 pm
