After years of cooperation and cooperation, the procuratorial organs of the two places have reached consensus on the transfer of clues to iron-related public interest litigation, assistance in handling cases across provinces, negotiation of major case matters, and mutual notification of typical cases. The “Measures” stipulate in detail that cooperative prosecutors should unify their case handling concepts and standards, avoid selective, discriminatory, and differentiated justice, and ensure that similar cases are handled at the same scale and standard. If it is necessary to carry out work such as inquiring witnesses in different places, entrusting investigation and collecting evidence, preparing and issuing procuratorial suggestions, etc., assistance may be requested, and the procuratorial organ that receives the request shall provide support in terms of manpower, case handling sites, and use of technical equipment. For major cases across administrative divisions, a joint task force can be established, and case-handling personnel can be deployed to jointly participate in the handling of the case.
