At the same time, we must learn from one another to solve common problems, and truly integrate the letter and visit work into the process of practicing the original intention.

Zhang Bing pointed out that in order to strictly implement the responsibilities of petition work, all departments at all levels must “take one step forward and take the initiative.” It is necessary to grasp the focus of petition work, focus on “initial letters and initial visits” and “accumulated petitions” and focus on long-term success, and strive to speed up the resolution of accumulative cases without generating new accumulative cases through “source resolution” and “tackling tough governance”.
