According to the ordinance of the President of the Region it should expire on March 30th. But for the first citizen, the infections are still too high

The mayor of Caltanissetta Roberto Gambino asked the President of the Sicilian Region, Nello Musumeci, to extend the red zone in the city. The red zone established by Musumeci and the councilor Razza expires tomorrow, March 30th.

But “in the light of current data”, says the mayor “with a percentage index equal to 0.36 percent and an incidence of infections exceeding 0.25 percent” and given that “there is no decrease in the index of contagiousness and there is a progressive contagion “is asked for the extension of the red zone. Meanwhile, the mayor with an ordinance has established that until April 6 is prohibited “any form of parking” in the streets and squares “not connected to proven needs provided for by current regulations.” The objective is to avoid “any form of gathering” in public areas or in the vicinity of commercial establishments, offices or other places in the municipal area.
