The requests for conviction from the Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office arrive in the Milanese trial on the Ruby ter case against Silvio Berlusconi and 28 other defendants, including about twenty so-called ‘ex olgettine’, former guests at the Arcore evenings who would have been paid, for the prosecution, to tell the false in the trials on the Ruby case.
The deputy prosecutor of Milan Tiziana Siciliano and the prosecutor Luca Gaglio asked for a sentence of 6 years in prison for Silvio Berlusconi accused of corruption in judicial documents in the trial on the Ruby ter case.
Five years of imprisonment is the request made by the deputy prosecutor of Milan Tiziana Siciliano and by the prosecutor Luca Gaglio against Karima El Mahrougor the now former ‘Ruby heartthrob’ accused of perjury and corruption in judicial acts, in the final part of the indictment of the Milanese trial on the Ruby ter case.
Ruby ter, the prosecutor: “Karima spent compulsively: luxury hotels and fluorescent champagne”
There are elements and evidence, explained the prosecutor in the long indictment, “which show that already since 2011”, before the young women testified in the courtroom, “there was a corruptive agreement” between the former prime minister and the girls “aimed at obtaining the false testimonies of all the witnesses of Ruby 1 and 2”.
