The second day of the trial at the Bochum regional court began on Friday with a confession from Daniel Wolski. His defense attorney had already announced this the day before. Wolski wanted to spare those affected from having to testify in court, said the lawyer.
Sexualized messages to twelve year old girl
The court is dealing, among other things, with highly sexualized messages to a twelve-year-old girl. Wolski is said to have sent the messages with the aim of meeting the child. But there was no meeting.
The former SPD politician apologized on Friday for these and other messages from chat histories. He is “deeply sorry” for everything. Wolski also admitted that he had discussed with an underage victim whether he wanted to prostitute himself in his apartment. In a total of 36 cases, he is said to have met minors for sex and paid them for it.
