Simest, a woman arrives on the bridge.  Regina Corradini D’Arienzo new CEO

Regina Corradini D’Arienzo, born in 1969, is the new CEO of Simest. Pasquale Salzano was reconfirmed as president. The board of directors of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti met on the afternoon of Tuesday 24 May to take note of the appointments decided by the shareholders’ meeting of the company. The Board of Directors has appointed the managers to lead the subsidiary.

The new CEO comes from Bnl

He leaves Mauro Alfonso, born in 1968 and appointed in 2019, and for the second time a woman arrives at the top (the first was Alessandra Ricci, who is now CEO of Sace). Corradini D’Arienzo comes from banking experience: in particular from the Bnl group, where since 2016 he held the position of corporate banking director. Simest is the company of the Cdo group that since 1991 has supported the growth of Italian companies through the internationalization of their business. Shareholders are Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, which holds 76% of it, and a large group of Italian banks and business associations.
