The appeal of seven mayors of the Turin belt against traffic restrictions related to air quality did not go through. Ivrea joined the request from Rivoli and other cities led by the center-right to ask the Region and the Metropolitan City to stop at the blocks. The mayors of Beinasco, Carmagnola, Ivrea, Orbassano, Pianezza, Rivoli and Venaria joined, at the end of 2021, asking to suspend the restrictions on air quality.
