Soup with processed cheese

Potatoes (medium size) — 4 pcs. Carrot (large) — 2 pcs. Onions – 2 pcs. Water – liter Salt – to taste Processed cheese – 1 pc. Favorite greens – to taste

Boil peeled and cubed potatoes until ready. Add carrots and onions sauteed in oil. Then – melted cheese grated on a large grater. Salt to taste. You can add dill or parsley. Serve with fresh baguette or buckwheat bread. It is also very tasty to eat with toast.
