1. Strengthen the top-level design and extensively carry out law popularization services

Established the Haiyan County Construction Waste Leading Group, with the county leaders in charge as the team leader, and coordinated the comprehensive enforcement of law enforcement, public security, transportation and other 16 departments to comprehensively promote the construction waste management work. Formulate the “Haiyan County Construction Waste Treatment Work Plan” and “Haiyan County Construction Waste Comprehensive Treatment Linkage Control (Joint Law Enforcement) Working Mechanism”, adopt the form of “daily inspection, weekly notification, and monthly consultation” to strengthen the collection, transfer, and transfer of construction waste.
