Sparkasse launches a takeover bid on Civibank: the last Friulian bank falls

CIVIDAL. Sparkasse formalizes the bid on the Banca di Cividale, of which it already holds 17%. The board of directors of the Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, chaired by Gerhard Brandstatter, unanimously resolved to proceed to request the authorization for the acquisition of a controlling stake in Banca di Cividale Spa and to launch a takeover bid 100% for cash on all CiviBank shares and warrants held by those who were shareholders of CiviBank before the last capital increase.
