This Sunday, February 11, with a full house on Paseo Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda, the first concert of the Maturín Carnivals 2024, the Great Festival of the East, with presentations by regional artists and, as a special guest, the Afro Criollo group.

Governor Ernesto Luna, together with Mayor Ana Fuentes and the Carnival Board, have provided great artists for healthy enjoyment, recreation and sharing with the family.

The event began with the presentations of regional talent, who with each performance delighted the audience with a high-level musical repertoire, starting with the Victoria orchestra, followed by the artists Diamante, Joseand music, Sykes, Breivo, and Dj Rafa Gonzalez.

The renowned singer Chendo Fx also offered a great show with his dance team that encouraged the entire audience to dance and sing some reggaeton classics, in the old school style, which made the attendees vibrate.

Afro Criollo the special guest of Carnival

The guest of the night and the most anticipated at this celebration of the Maturín Carnivals was the Afro Criollo group, which with its unique and unmatched style captivated the entire public that was on the Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda promenade from early hours to enjoy of his show.

The group toured various musical genres from “A cuerpo Cobarde”, “Comando Borracho”, “Mentiras, Ella es”, among other hits that placed the band as one of Venezuela’s favorites.

This Monday, February 12, according to the schedule published by the Carnival Board, the second concert will be held with the presentation of the merengue singer Liz.

Afrocriollo pleased those attending the acoustic shell of the Maturín Sports Center during Carnival. The public attended the Afrocriollo concert. A full house on the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda promenade. Regional talent was represented by Chendo Fx, with an impressive show.
