30-30-30. That’s the name of a new diet that has become a viral trend in recent weeks and has gained the attention of both the public and experts in the United States.
It is a relatively simple and affordable method, based on a higher protein intake in the morning and associated with easy physical activity.
Although the diet was popularized by an internet influencer, experts aren’t condemning it, saying it’s “relatively reasonable” compared to many other diets circulating the internet as a guaranteed weight loss recipe.
They also say that you don’t have to be as strict when following it as the instructions on Tik-Tok or Instagram preach, and the diet can work even if everyone adapts it to their own needs and possibilities.
However, they see one of its limits in long-term sustainability, since it needs to become a long-term habit in order for it to work.

The weight loss method called 30-30-30 was already mentioned in 2010 by the American popularizer of a healthy lifestyle Tim Ferriss in his book Four-hour body. However, the increase in interest in the diet came only now, and one 97-second video was enough for it.
