The health company is hiring six professional collaborators
The Local Health Service will enhance the speech therapy and rehabilitation service in the Valle d’Aosta area. The announcement of the health care company comes on the occasion of the hiring of six professional collaborators with permanent contracts.
The six speech therapists will be assigned to local principals to carry out the activities of education and re-education of pathologies concerning the voice, oral and written language, speech and communication disabilities in general. They will also be able to work through consultancy activities for patients’ families and social agencies and in support of schools and institutions.
The Director of the Local Area of Local Health, Leonardo Iannizzi, underlines precisely how “the recruitment of six speech therapists will make it possible to enhance the service in the area which is aimed at adult, elderly and developing age users, by carrying out direct actions and activities to the treatment and rehabilitation of speech and communication pathologies. The services of speech therapists – concludes Iannizzi – are carried out in the outpatient clinics of the district centers and at home, upon prescription from the treating physician or specialist ».
