VATICAN CITY. Pope Francis has appointed Bishop of the Diocese of Ales-Terralba Msgr. Roberto Carboni, Metropolitan Archbishop of Oristano and apostolic administrator of Ales-Terralba, joining the two offices in person Episcopì.
