the information was confirmed to us today by the Specialized Criminal Court (ŠTS), which received an official statement from the British side.
“We confirm that the court in Westminster (United Kingdom) on April 24, 2024 decided to extradite the accused for all the acts to Slovakia. The accused filed an appeal, which will be decided by a superior court, it is assumed that the proceedings on the appeal will last several weeks,” the ŠTS spokeswoman told me in her statement, referring to information from Eurojust.
It is interesting to mention that Bombic was released for all the deeds. The British court apparently had no serious objections to the arguments of the Slovak authorities, who successively issued three separate international arrest warrants for Bombica.
