ARCADE. He acted in broad daylight, regardless of whether residents could see him in action. But the thief who hit the Arcade preschool yesterday morning managed to land the shot and escape without anyone seeing him.

The kindergarten alarm went off on the manager’s phone call around 9:00. The thief was wandering around the school, probably without knowing the rooms and corridors.
