KienyKe.com: What was the idea of ​​creating a restaurant together?

Kitchen Brothers: We are two chef brothers who have had an Instagram account for a few years now and a TikTok account where we teach how to cook and we have just opened our restaurant. The restaurant was the materialization of finding a way for the people who follow us and the people who are learning to cook with us, many people not only want to learn to cook and in the end see everything we do, but being digital, well They cannot neither taste nor smell it, rather it is a matter that one simply has to imagine with the sense of sight.

So we said it was time to materialize that and make it tangible, at that moment we decided to create a restaurant and be able to capture a little of what our cuisine is there, that the people and everyone who has been very, very faithful to our cooking advice We already want everything resolved and everything, so you could also try a little of what we do and not just imagine what it tastes like exactly. During the journey of our lives as chefs, Sergio has been for 17 years and I have been for 15, and we have been passionate about Colombian flavors. Apart from Colombian cuisine, we are also passionate about the flavors, ingredients and techniques of Colombian cooking, we love them and that It was a bit of what we captured in our restaurant. What we wanted to do are not typical Colombian dishes, but rescuing the flavors of Colombia.
